Senior Architect / Design Project Lead
Lead assigned workplace/interior design packages from concept through technical documentation, multidisciplinary coordination and site implementation.

- Director, Design & Technical (Michael Ndupuechi); day-to-day project coordination through the assigned Project Manager where applicable
- Compensation guidance
- ₦600,000–₦750,000 / month, depending on experience and final package
- Availability
- Formal start Monday 2 November 2026. Pre-start design onboarding to be communicated internally.
Key responsibilities
- Lead assigned design packages end to end
- Concept development, space planning and material direction
- Client-ready presentations and design documentation
- Buildable working drawings and internal QA
- Coordinate with QS/costing, MEP, procurement and Project Delivery
- Attend project sites and close design queries
- Maintain design records and reporting in the Outtabox Network
