Resident Quantity Surveyor / Commercial QS
Own day-to-day quantity surveying and commercial control across Outtabox projects from measurement and BOQ through valuations, variations, procurement comparison, cost-to-complete and closeout — giving Project Delivery and Finance a reliable live commercial position.

- Compensation guidance
- ₦450,000–₦600,000 / month, depending on experience and final package
- Availability
- Urgent search. Abuja resident required. Limited hybrid flexibility is available, but the role remains project-facing and requires regular office/site presence. Interviews begin immediately; final package depends on verified fit-out/commercial capability and experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain BOQs, cost plans, estimates and tender/commercial schedules
- Measure works on site and reconcile quantities against drawings, scope and approved BOQs
- Prepare interim valuations, payment recommendations and final-account support
- Track variations, instructions and change costs from identification through approval and recovery
- Maintain live project cost reports, commitments, forecast-to-complete and commercial risk registers
- Review subcontractor, supplier and vendor quotations with Procurement and Project Delivery
- Support tender pricing, bid commercial schedules and value-engineering exercises
- Work with Project Manager, Finance, Procurement, Design and site teams to keep commercial records current in Outtabox Network
- Attend Abuja office/project sites routinely and travel to other project locations when required
