Project Manager / Project Delivery Lead — Workplace Design & Fit-Out

Lead delivery of Outtabox workplace design and fit-out engagements from handover to closeout — coordinating design, clients, procurement and turnkey execution so projects land predictably, safely and on programme.

Location: Abuja, with travel to Lagos and other Nigerian project locations
Work mode: On-site / client-facing, Abuja-based with required project travel
Reports to: Founder & CEO
Compensation guidance: ₦1,000,000–₦1,200,000 / month, depending on experience and final package
Availability: Sourcing and interviews now; start/engagement agreed after selection and CEO approval.

Key responsibilities

Accept formal BD handovers and own accepted scope, programme and client actions
Run integrated design, procurement and delivery programmes with a two-week lookahead
Coordinate design, MEP and ELV disciplines, deadlines and dependencies with the technical team
Lead client meetings and reporting; log decisions, actions, risks and changes
Control variations and track cost-to-complete with QS and Finance
Ensure QA, hold points, HSE and handover/closeout records are complete
Work alongside existing project teams and delegate defined project/site packages as capacity grows

Programme tools you use (MS Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent) and how you kept programmes current

A programme recovery example: what slipped, what you changed and the result

A variation or cost-control example: how changes were logged, approved and recovered

A client meeting or progress report you ran: decisions logged, actions and follow-up

Engagement preference: full-time role, or interest in a phased / consulting start (any such terms would be agreed separately in writing)
